Digital 2 SLR Course – Our Advanced Digital SLR Photography Course

The Digital 2 SLR Photography Course is aimed at photographers who are reasonably familiar with the operation of their digital SLR camera but who want to take their digital photography further. We will be covering the basic triangle of shutter speed/aperture/ISO and how we employ these controls for greater creative effect.  We will also cover a whole host of topics including  exposure compensation, white balance adjustment, focus and exposure bracketing, perspective, focal length and compression, composition and RAW shooting.

We teach in small friendly groups and encourage students to raise questions as the session progresses so that we can demonstrate the answer on their own equipment. The format is that we go through the theory and deal with any camera specific issues then head out and put it all in into practice on the street. The session is designed to be  empowering and aims to give students complete control over their equipment so that they are image driven rather than being limited by their knowledge of kit and theory.
